Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Postgraduate in Human Resources (MBA / PGDM or equivalent)
Location: Hyderabad - Hybrid/ 3 days Work From Office
Role Summary
We are seeking a disciplined and growth-oriented HR professional to support HR Operations (50%), Talent Acquisition (25%), and HR Administration (25%). The role requires a strong operational mindset, the ability to manage sensitive matters with maturity, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in a structured corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations (50%)
- Support end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, confirmations, exits, documentation, and HR data maintenance.
- Assist in implementation and adherence to HR policies, processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, background verification, and vendor interactions.
- Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and preparation of HR reports and dashboards.
- Respond to employee queries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner.
Talent Acquisition Support (25%)
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Ensure a consistent and professional candidate experience through structured communication and coordination.
HR Administration (25%)
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, letters, and HR trackers with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, document control, and adherence to information security standards.
Required Competencies

- Strong understanding of HR operations, HR administration, and basic statutory compliance.
- Ability to manage HR processes with attention to detail and operational discipline.
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll coordination, and documentation standards.
