Making an Impact

The VP/SVP of Human Resources is the strategic and operational leader of our global HR function. This role provides executive-level partnership to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), oversees HR strategy and execution across all regions, and leads key corporate initiatives that advance our people strategy. This leader ensures we continue to build a high-performing, scalable organization with strong culture, clear alignment to business goals, and world-class employee experience.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in HR leadership at a global scale, with the agility to move seamlessly between strategy and hands-on execution.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership (40%)

  • Serve as the HR Partner to the CEO and ELT, providing counsel on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, and compensation strategy.
  • Guide and support the HRBP team as they partner with functional leaders through organizational changes, team design decisions, performance conversations, and compensation planning.
  • Support the annual budgeting and workforce planning processes in partnership with Finance and business leaders.
  • Ensure alignment between people strategy, corporate goals, and functional objectives across the organization.

Development & Execution of Corporate HR Initiatives (40%)

  • Lead the design and implementation of company-wide people programs, including performance management enhancements, rewards & recognition initiatives, leadership development, onboarding, goal setting, succession planning, learning programs, etc.
  • Manage the company’s OKR process from an HR perspective—providing structure, guidance, and best practices to ELT and SLT leaders.
  • Partner with the Executive Assistant to the CEO to shape town hall agendas and executive offsite design (storyline, flow, engagement)
  • Oversee internal corporate communications in partnership with the CEO and EA, including major people-related announcements, organizational change messaging, and ensuring consistency of tone, clarity, and narrative alignment across global teams.
  • Champion operational excellence across HR processes, tools, and employee lifecycle practices.

Employee Relations, Risk Management & Issue Resolution (20%)

  • Oversee employee relations globally, including complex or sensitive matters requiring senior leadership involvement.
  • Lead or manage high-level, cross-functional, or executive-level investigations when necessary, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and risk mitigation. Partner with internal and external legal teams as needed.
  • Serve as point of escalation for the HR team on day-to-day employee relations issues, providing guidance and decision support.
  • Oversee termination processes—including senior-level departures—ensuring compliant execution, consistency across regions, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Provide recommendations on severance structure, risk considerations, and communication plans for sensitive exits.
  • Maintain strong judgment and balance between employee advocacy and business needs.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and develop a global HR team across the US, EU, and India.
  • Build capability within the team through coaching, development planning, and operational rigor.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-regional collaboration.

Experience, Education, Skills

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including partnering directly with CEOs and senior executives.
  • Experience leading HR in a global or multi-region environment.
  • Strong background in organizational design, leadership coaching, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead both strategic initiatives and hands-on execution.
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and communication skills.
  • Experience building scalable processes and adapting HR operations in growing or transforming organizations.
