Role Description

As a Project Coordinator at Elemica, you are responsible for the hands-on project coordination of processes, data, and communication for all aspects of the Product & Technology department. Candidate will report directly to the Product Operations manager and work closely with Product Management and Technology leads.

Additional responsibilities also include coordination of internal, cross-department, Elemica projects as required.

Responsibilities

  • Support all Product & Technology departments, including but not limited to Product Analysts, Product Managers, and Technology Leads in ensuring the consistent delivery of projects against Elemica and client objectives

  • Timely production and regular communication of all project related documentation including, release plans, release notes, risk registers, decision trackers and project status documentation

  • Monitor and report application usage of Elemica’s products using Data Analytic tools

  • Continuously improve existing standards and processes to drive operational excellence

  • Participation in Agile ceremonies

  • Creation and distribution of in-app announcements using internal and external tools

  • Managing coordination of the clients, partners and other working groups engaged in project work

  • Project coordination for onboarding and off-boarding of software vendors

  • Detailed project planning and control including:

    • Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan

    • Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan

    • Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary

    • Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary

    • Monitoring project progress and performance

  • Proactively build successful internal and external working relationships

  • To carry out any other reasonable duties within the function of the job

  • Perform and undertake all tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures, in a safe and efficient manner

Experience and Skills Required

  • Experience of project management in a Software as a Service (SaaS) business

  • Understanding and experience of software development and deployment

  • Experience working with and managing Agile teams

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail

  • Fluent in written and verbal English

  • Use of standard PC office packages (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Use of other Project Management tools (Slack, Jira, Confluence, Pendo, Aha!, etc…desirable)

  • A positive and motivating “can do” attitude at all times

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Open minded in receiving feedback and always striving for improvement

  • Goal oriented, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver results

Education and Certification:

  • PMP or commiserate certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or the certification equivalent
